Rain, Rain Go Away
Lots of rain over the last two weeks, kinda bringing the farming projects to a halt. With the rain, brings lots of opportunity to work on other projects. Mostly mowing yards!!! Anyway, I am sure come July, we will be looking for these Spring rains to relieve us from the hot, dry days of Summer. The fields will dry out, beans will get planted, hay will be made, and most importantly, Summer baseball and Softball will begin in Walnut. It’s all good people. HEY! Did you buy that
Welcome to the neighborhood
Beautiful Spring morning, with lots of sounds and signs of the season. We have new neighbors this week, both across the street and in this house as well. It’s great to see the new boys playing ball in the cul-de-sac and bringing even more life to our nice neighborhood. I have the honor of having my Aunt and Uncle moving here to Walnut. Turning the calendar to another month
As you read your Walnut Leader, or see this on the Chamber Web site, you have rolled the calendar to another month. The days and years just keep going by faster all the time.
